Our employees

All Care Workers supplied by us are directly employed by the company and have been through a rigorous recruitment and vetting process.

We are responsible for interviewing, obtaining appropriate references and ensuring that an Adult ISA First and Enhanced Disclosure from the Criminal Record Bureau is sought. The company also takes full responsibility to ensure that all Care Workers have the necessary mandatory training including food hygiene, manual handling, emergency first aid, health and safety, administration of medication and continence care. The majority of our Care Workers are also specially trained in both dementia care and end of life care. In addition, we run a comprehensive induction programme and can arrange additional training for individual client’s needs and specific conditions.

We run an incentive scheme to encourage all Care Workers to achieve the relevant Qualifications and Credit Framework Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Our Care Workers are supported by a team of office based staff who are fully trained in care practices and procedures, and are on hand to deal with anything from minor queries to emergency situations.
