Being a Care Worker for Day and Nightcare Assistance is one of the most rewarding jobs any person can choose to do.

'It’s heart-warming to see the difference you can make to someone’s life.'

We are looking for people who are passionate about people, treating them with dignity, providing care to the highest standard, and adding a touch of sunshine to their day. If you are trustworthy, reliable, happy to work on your own initiative and, preferably, have access to transport then we’d love to hear from you.

Our clients are all across Oxfordshire so wherever you live, there’s probably someone who needs your support just round the corner! Some need routine care whether for an hour or two or live-in assistance, while others just need a helping hand for a few weeks after a short spell in hospital.

We offer full training, opportunities for career progression and flexible hours to work around your lifestyle. Our salaries depend upon qualifications and experience, come with a pension and other benefits and are generous within the sector.

We are regularly recruiting for new care and support workers to join the team. Find out more about the home care roles we have available:

  1. Providing regular support in the home

This could be purely practical help, or include both practical and physical support. We provide support 7 days a week and so can offer a variety of hours including evenings and weekends.
  2. Helping people to return home after a spell in hospital

This is a dynamic and variable rehabilitation role to promote the independence & well-being of clients within the first four weeks of returning home. This team generally works on a 'four days on—four days off' basis.
  3. Providing live-in care

Twenty four-hour live-in carers provide a range of care, from companionship, assistance with personal care and everyday living activities through to palliative support in a client's home for periods of time that vary from one week to indefinitely.

Although we can offer zero hours contracts, we prefer to provide agreed hours and salaries. Based on a standard working week, and varying with your qualifications, experience and additional bonuses, our salary range and hourly rates are very competitive. We offer flexible hours so some of our staff work part-time and others choose to cover additional shifts.

Other roles

We also have occasional vacancies for office staff and for drivers working across the city, or a wider area, driving home care workers to visit our clients. If you have a full licence, your own car and at least two years driving experience, there are various shifts available between 7am and 10pm, 7 days a week to fit your lifestyle.

Please call to find out whether we are currently recruiting for these positions.
